Affiliate Terms
Partner: A webmaster (individual aged 18 or older, or a legal entity) who agrees to these terms and promotes the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program online.
Affiliate Program: A marketing platform providing promotional tools for webmasters to promote the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program online.
Product: The service or project (such as betting, casino, or trading) promoted online through the use of advertising materials.
Advertising Materials: Tools provided for affiliates to help promote the Product online.
Traffic: Players who visit the Product as a result of a partner’s promotional activities.
Offers: Terms and conditions (including rewards and restrictions based on the payment model) that govern how partners promote the Product online.
Payment Models: Methods for compensating partners based on specific outcomes achieved through their promotional efforts.
CPA (Cost Per Action): Payment is made when a player makes their first deposit.
Revenue Share: A share of the Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), calculated as the difference between players’ stakes and their winnings/bonuses, minus a 10% administrative fee and a 10% payment fee.
Hybrid: A combination of two payments: one for a player’s initial deposit and another based on a percentage of GGR generated by a group of players over at least a month.
Active Player: A player who regularly returns to the Product, deposits, and plays for real money.
Reporting Period: The time during which a partner’s earnings are calculated, leading to the withdrawal of funds via external payment systems.
Conditions for Participation in the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program
- Partners must review and accept the User Agreement before starting with the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program.
- By participating, partners agree that this agreement may change without prior notice.
- Partners confirm they are 18 or older by accepting the terms.
- Partners are responsible for safeguarding their login information. The program is not liable for data loss.
- Pin-Up Partners may refuse cooperation with any partner without providing a reason.
- The program may update its Terms of Service at any time, with the current version published online.
- The program may switch to the Revenue Share model if players do not meet quality standards (e.g., multi-accounting, low return rates, or frequent chargebacks).
- Partners cannot register accounts within the Product via their own promotional materials; such accounts will be blocked.
- Cookie stuffing for the Pin-Up brand is strictly prohibited.
- Pin-Up does not offer services in certain occupied territories of Ukraine due to EU sanctions.
- Motivated traffic intended to bypass rules may result in account suspension.
- Partners must ensure their promotional links are functional and accurate.
- Cookies are stored for 30 days in the Postclick period; settings are erased afterward.
- Partners cannot register as Referrals if they already have an account or manage a Referrer account. If multiple accounts are needed, support must be notified with a valid reason.
- The program may request traffic source information from partners. Refusal to provide this may result in account suspension.
- Payments may be withheld if there is evidence that a partner has violated program rules.
- Abusive behavior towards support staff may lead to account termination and the denial of further support.
- All communications with the program team are confidential, and sharing them may result in account termination.
- Using images of politicians or promoting illegal activities is prohibited.
- Using .ru domains for SEO or landing pages is discouraged due to potential blocking.
- Copying content from other brands or cloning websites to promote the Pin-Up brand is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- Brand traffic from certain ad types is only accepted under the CPA model.
- Partners must provide details of their advertising materials before starting work. Refusal may result in account suspension.
- Misleading promotions on Telegram or impersonating others will result in account termination.
- Keyword restrictions apply for specific geos in organic and PPC traffic. Violations may lead to account blocking.
If partners violate these terms, the program may close their accounts and withhold payments.
Commission Structure
Partner earnings are based on the net revenue generated by players referred by the partner, with commissions set as follows:
40% for Casino players
40% for Sports players
Partners who refer other affiliates earn 3% of the profits generated by those affiliates.
Payment Terms
- All balances and reports are calculated in US dollars.
- The reporting period is bi-monthly, from the 1st to the 15th, and the 16th to the end of the month.
- Payments are made within the first three days after the reporting period ends, provided the balance is positive.
- Payment details must be updated at least five business days before the reporting period ends.
- Partners must ensure their billing information is accurate for payment processing.
- The program may delay payments at its discretion.
- Early payments are not available, with a minimum withdrawal amount set at $50.
- Negative balances do not carry over if a partner requests a suspension of commission accrual on users with negative income.
- If funds remain unclaimed for over six months, the account will be blocked and the balance forfeited.
- The program may switch to the Revenue Share model if fewer than 10% of referred players remain active.
- Partners must attract at least 10 players within six months, or earnings will be forfeited. If fraud is suspected, the qualification requirement may be raised to 30 players.
Dispute Resolution
The program does not consider claims for lost profits or moral damages. Disputes should be sent to support within three calendar days. Disputes are handled via written communication. Claims must include the partner’s full name, email, account number, date, and time of the dispute, and a description of the issue. The program may reject claims that do not meet these conditions or contain abusive language, threats, or defamatory remarks. Disputes unresolved within three months will be referred to the courts in Cyprus.
